Lillian Warner is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with deep expertise in offensive security, threat intelligence, and project leadership forged through a distinguished career in the U.S. Air Force. She has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing technical teams to defend against a landscape of evolving digital threats.
Throughout her career, Lillian has been at the forefront of cyber defense. She established and commanded Kessel Run’s Red Team operations, conducting advanced offensive security assessments to validate security protocols. As a Threat Emulation Team Lead, she directed a specialized team in emulating Advanced Persistent Threat actors on U.S. Air Force networks, developing defensive strategies that resulted in the mitigation of over 50 critical threats.
Her leadership extends to managing high-stakes projects for the Department of Defense. As a Product Manager at Kessel Run, she led the migration of mission-critical applications to a modern, cloud-based platform, saving the Air Force over $204,000 annually while resolving 33,000 security vulnerabilities. In a deployed environment, Lillian served as the Officer-in-Charge of a 35-member Communications directorate, managing secure voice, video, and data systems for a 2-star headquarters joint staff.
Lillian holds a Master’s degree in International Security from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Cyber Warfare from the U.S. Air Force Academy. She holds multiple industry certifications, including the GIAC Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester (GXPN) and GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA).
